Helping Every Youth Find Their Future

MISSION

We create supportive communities where youth and families achieve self-sufficiency.

At Handy, we believe that when we create lasting positive change for our youth, we change our future. Since 1985, we’ve transformed the lives of over 50,000 at-promise youth and their families by empowering them to take control of their own narratives and create a better future for themselves.

Allies From All Walks Of Life

From the first moment a youth experiences Handy, they are met with unconditional love and empathy from a team of people who genuinely cares for their well-being. Through a level of understanding and shared experience, we are able to fulfill each youth’s most basic needs.

OUR IMPACT

Leading a Legacy of Change

When we empower our youth to take control of their own narratives, they aren’t just changing one life, they are creating meaningful change that will last far beyond their lifetimes. An outcome that ripples into a new generation of outcomes, becoming the rule rather than the exception.
